lovely cottage in a great location in Formby. it had everything we needed.

Lovely furniture. Many little extras, lavender in a bag by the bed, bottled water in the fridge. Toiletries in the bathroom. Very tastefully decorated.

Great location, well appointed, quiet and good parking.

Needs an information pack with some instructions for appliances such as electric hob and oven and advice on local shops pubs attractions etc. TV reception was very poor.

The extension to the cottage is really well done, with a big open area with heated floors and sky lights, the bathroom was really well done and this accommodation had all of the items needed for a short stay

No dishwasher in kitchen, TVs hard to work out, back door doesn’t close properly
